Ode to the iPod

Ipod2We’d like to credit micropersuasion.com and adrants.com for pointing AdFreak to this 60-second homemade iPod ad (you'll have to scroll down a bit to get to it), that’s currently making the rounds, created by a teacher named George Masters. It doesn’t follow the current iPod ad playbook—for one thing, it uses pastels—but it’s always interesting to see what sorts of ads people would create for their favorite products if they could.

What will be more interesting is to see if Apple comes along and shuts the thing down. Cool as Apple’s products are, the company has never had a reputation for being loosey-goosey about those who would riff off the brand.

Our advice? Check it out, while you still can.
