Red Sox/MasterCard spoof? Priceless
You could probably devote a whole blog just to spoofs of MasterCard's “Priceless” campaign, but you’d be hard-pressed to find a take-off funnier than the Red Sox version currently in circulation, courtesy of Comedy Central. The premise? What if someone came collecting on all the things Red Sox fans said they'd give away in exchange for a World Series victory? The theme line? “MasterCard. Proud new owner of 90 percent of New England and 50 percent of Denis Leary's nuts.” And they’re not talking almonds.
