It’s not all bad news for Dick Cheney

CheneyNext time you get some unflattering publicity, take comfort in knowing that not everyone will think the worse of you for it. That’s the moral we draw from a new Time magazine poll. Asked how their opinion of Dick Cheney has changed (if at all) as a result of his shooting episode, 24 percent of respondents said they now have a “more negative” opinion of him. Most of the rest (69 percent) said their view of him hasn’t changed one way or another. But 4 percent of respondents declared that they now have a “more positive” opinion of Cheney as a result of the shooting. Sure, it’s a small percentage, but it translates into nearly 9 million adults. When’s the last time 9 million people suddenly developed a more favorable opinion of you?

Would it have mattered in the slightest if his numbers did take a dive? I doubt it.

How to Win Friends and Influence People? Shoot them in the face, apparently.

Man you're a bigger idiot than the White House moron who said it wasn't Cheney's fault. By your reckoning over 60 million people developed a more negative opinion of him...

My question to you is why is your dumbass still here. Why aren't you in Iraq looking for the WMD...biatch!

Bernardo, it's because the american people are bigger dumb-asses than the government they supposedly elected.
