Looks like shes in a restuarant. Don't know about everyone else, but in England you can drink from 12yrs in restuarants, from 5yrs in your house.

I swear to god this has got to be the stupidest form of publicity ive seen lately i mean all teens drink at some point or another and everyone else here is like holy sh** shes drinking a beer oh my god alert the press shes just being a teenager so shut the hell up

oh my goodness a teenager drunking corona which must have about 0.5% volume. disgraceful! come, on everyone does it. Everyone is just going crazy cos she's an actress. I feel sorry for her friends as they're myspace and bebo pages are being watched very closely by stalkers wanting more pics of Emma (that's origionally where this pic came from)

I really cant stand people talking trash about her!!! First of all she is NOT a liar. She may be posing. And even if she did drink, wats the big deal, its not like every other teenager doesnt drink.
Its legal for a 14 year old and up to be drinking in the U.K. So before people go around teeling f**king lies or f**ked up s**t stories about her, find out what it really is.
I'll really appreciate it if people stop sayign things that arent true about her. I didnt mean to swear, but i couldnt help myself!!!

Well, any 15 normal 15 year old who hasn`t drunken any alcohol by now?
I think Emma just has the bad luck that people are interested in her, so everybody makes a bug fuss about that little pic. Think about what you're doing now, or've been doing when u where underage and swear that u've never ever been drinking unlegal and than start offend Emma for drinking sometimes.
