How about...
"Turn that frikkin' cel phone off before I ram it in your piehole."

"Where you can still legally stick to a floor.”
"Help a Baldwin - buy a ticket.”

Not Milk.

RE: Rich Siegel's funny one:
This didn't make the cut, but my original list of slogan's included: "Everything your neighbors think about anything!" A little too abstract, I admit.
I truly believe "See all that you can see" could be the Army-related DVD killer they are looking for.
I await my check--as the Nigerian scam artists await yours!

A movie isn't a movie unless you're getting pelted with popcorn from kids 4 rows back.

A wonderful blog. Glickman's industry campaign slogan idea is brilliant. Thanks for reporting this news. I propose that the best slogan of all already appeared in one of Robert Altman's films. Did you ever hear of one called "Player"?
In that film, the industry slogan was "Movies--Now More Than Ever!" Think about it.
