Coke’s ‘Happiness Factory’ has a dark side
Goovy new animated spot here from Wieden + Kennedy and Psyop that imagines all sorts of fantastical goings-on inside a Coke vending machine. All the little creatures seem happy and bubbly ... except for the snowmen, who appear to be getting slaughtered en masse as part of the bottle-chilling process. Great spot. But please, please, please...can the advertising industry find a way to portray a "cool guy" other than the now-ubiquitous "20-something guy with stubble, messed-up hair and t-shirt-over-longsleeved-t-shirt?"

I liked it. I used to work at Pepsi, so I can appreciate the humor behind it. The animation was top notch as well.

at first time that ad aired here, my sister and i saw the full version and it was not only that that snowmen are like being slaughtered.. there were some scenes that we think was too graphic then realized that the ad was edited the next day! (1) the fluffy things with mouths... they we're like frenching or something... like how actors at madTV kiss... (2) the slaughtering of the snowmen are viewed up close! (3) canons were actually characters and there was one who was accidentally caught in one and is being eaten in fired or something like that... too graphic for a coke ad... can someone find a full version of that ad! i can't find it anywhere
