I tried this idea and ran out of gas halfway to work

I had to go back and look this up, because I saw a similar one here in Louisville... it's for an insurance company and it says something like, "is your insurance covering everything it should?" There's a smallish rectangle in the middle of the billboard.

The difference is, instead of having actually NOTHING on the rest of the billboard, it's actually painted to LOOK like nothing... like boards and the structure you might see in between the two sides of the billboard.
