Tab cola: Be a ‘mind-sticker’ for your man

Tab may be attempting a comeback with its Red Bull-ish Tab Energy drink, but nothing can top this vintage Tab TV commercial. The message: Drink Tab, so your husband will fantasize about your “shape” while he’s at work. Says the voiceover: “When you can’t be with him, be in his mind. Be a mind-sticker. With a shape he can’t forget.” Via Pop Culture Junk Mail. Thanks to David for the tip.

When hubby gets home, little girl is asleep and wife takes him straight to bed for some sticking.

"Because the Coa-Cola company wouldn't have it any other way."

Classic.

Remember ladies, your man won't love you if you are a fatty.
Your entire existence is built on your man's approval of your body shape - so drink Tab and you'll be able to continue to wear those mod dresses and go-go boots.

It's what Gloria Steinem would want you to do.

Wow. That was ... awful. Yeah the world's not perfect, but when I see stuff like this, it is sort of inspiring- the world really can change in a few decades. Of course, now people don't really "say" be a mindsticker, but what is "girlpower" really about, anyway? Oh well - baby steps...
