Get your act together with KISS makeup

I always assumed KISS put out a makeup kit, and this ad confirms it. And for the time period, it’s not too bad. Certainly holds up better than a lot of older ads do. But who were they trying to kid with those Peter Criss moments? No one wants to look like Peter Criss. That’s one of the few constants in American culture, and I’m pretty sure it was as true then as it is now. All the same, I’m glad that question has been put to rest. And if Alice Cooper ever put out a makeup kit, I hope ads for it surface on YouTube.
