Tooheys site harvests rockabilly corn fun
Last week we posted Australian agency BMF’s oddly haunting “HarvesTED” commercial for Tooheys Extra Dry beer, with the rockabilly farmer and his strange crop of chilly corn people. Now here’s the accompanying Web site, which delivers plenty more corn-fed goodness, including a game where you wrestle a bottle of TED from a frozen pod person and a pin-the-pompadour feature. The site’s cartoony nature clashes a bit with the atmospheric, Days of Heaven meets Children of the Corn TV spot, but at least it’s more ambitious than the Apology-Bot 3000.
