Annoying is an understatement. That irritating, monotone scripted voice! If anything, he's a good reason that have a mute button! I don't know much about fios versus cable, but as far as their advertising goes, I'll take the Slowskys over that annoying little puketard anyday!

My sister thought that the follow-up was done by another actor. She finds the little guy adorable in the first spot, but quite annoying in the next.

I hate this child. He is the spawn of Satan and he needs to disapear from my tv set as soon as possible. This little pumpkin headed midget is a goddamn know it all and a show off and is not cute at all. In fact, if I had the chance, I would punt this kid off the Brooklyn Bridge just so I can enjoy the rest of the Mets season without being inundated with his precocious arrogance.
Please make him stop before I do something drastic.

I think he is just adorable and he is so believable because boys that age do love their trucks....the commercial is so simple but it just really really works!!! I hope he does not grow up too fast.

I worry for those that can find something so annoying in such a short time span. Uptight are we? Nothing like living in a society where people can take a 30 minute commercial and find something SO wrong with it.
Incidentally I LOVE the Verizon Fios kid - and I keep telling my fiance that when we have a child - I'm putting my order in for him.
And to those of you who want to make a snide comment I say.....bite the wienie, with relish! :-P

A talented young man. He already has an ABC series pilot, and some movie possiblities. Very cute commercials. (The hater is posting here under several different names. Jealous?) His brothers are also in the 'Biz'. See IMDB pages. Excellent presence, delivery and presentation.

If you watch sports, you see this annoying little kid wayyyy too much. First off kids who act like know it alls are not funny. The way they are portrayed by TV is an insult to anyone's intelligence. If you like them, then I guess you probably thought Full House was funny too.
Second, the kids voice is ungodly irritating. I feel like using a cheese grater to my ears when I hear his cutesy poo smug voice.
Third, he is not cute.

I couldn't agree more with the people who posted how much they dislike this child. Whenever the commercial(s) come on for Verizon FIOS, and I hear his voice say "you should see his truck", I want to pick up my coffee table and smash it through the tv screen. I don't walk, I run to hit the mute button before he can get the words out. Listening to this commercial is like listening to small animals being tortured. Actually, I'd rather listen to that than to see or hear this commercial--it's just awful, and I wish they would stop running it on such heavy rotation. It must be on at least 20 times a day!!! UGH.
