This “Read A Book” PSA (some language and images NSFW) from Notarapper breaks from tradition somewhat, but it’s certainly entertaining and informative. It’s also weird in that the presentation is straight from the Free Republic Guide to Multicultural Sensitivity, but the actual message is positive (in a roundabout way). The choice in classical music samples is pretty good, too. Perhaps the YouTube commenters should take this video’s message to heart; their spelling, grammar and sentence structures indicate that their bookshelves may be gathering dust. And is it just me, or does the rapper’s cartoon persona suspiciously resemble Blanka from Street Fighter II?
