A loser in court, Carl’s Jr. vows to fight on

Jack A federal judge said Monday that Jack in the Box can continue to poke fun at Carl’s Jr. and its Angus/anus burgers, saying there isn’t enough evidence that Carl’s Jr.’s business is being harmed by the ads. Andrew F. Puzder, CEO of Carl’s Jr. parent CKE Restaurants, continues to act like the biggest bum in this scuffle, telling reporters that he’ll try to find quantifiable evidence of a sales drop—and failing that, “we’ll argue it out in trial.” The man is clearly oblivious to the fact that having two sides present oral arguments in court about the origins of Angus/anus burgers is the perfect setup for the next Jack in the Box commercial. Old ping-pong head must be loving it.

If a man comes to your front door and says he is conducting a survey And asks you to show him your bum, do not show him your bum. This is a scam. He only wants to see your bum. I wish I had got this yesterday. I feel so stupid and cheap. -The Bum http://www.widgetmate.com
