Robert De Niro is not selling cars, ok?

Funny old video here in which Robert De Niro politely declines a director’s request that he be “more energetic” in his delivery of a TV promo. “You don’t know what you’re talking about,” he says bluntly. De Niro has done American Express commercials, but it appears that automotive ads are off limits.
