Message to anti-smoking fanatics!
Smokers have money and they'll spend their money wherever it's accepted.
Now if you want to tell 20% to 50% of foreign tourists not to visit Haiwaii, fine. There's plenty of places they can go, like Fiji.

This is.....well there aren't words to describe what I think about this appropriately.
But, I would like to add that Aloha has several literal meanings, and is not used in that way often....

Well we all have rights, like freedom of speech, right to bear arms,I have the right living in america to smoke or not smoke. The funny thing is,the ones that are making an issue out of this are the ones whom also light up after each meal. How many Anti-smoking advocates are really non-smokers???Even if you have quit smoking, remember you were once a smoker, try and picture us telling you to not smoke!!!

We DO all have rights -- and as second hand smoke has been linked to lung cancer, those people who don't smoke have a right NOT to be put at risk by the losers who choose to risk their lives to suck on a smelly cigarette.

First of all, Kez, the second-hand smoking bullshit has been blown all over proportion. Secondly, second hand smoke contains CO2, the same stuff in cars. Are we banning cars now? I think not. Thirdly, if second-hand smoke was so bad, why do so many liberals smoke pot and hang around people smoking pot? The Netherlands certainly has no problem with their hash bars. I think all you non-smokers need to quit acting like Hitler, just because you don't like something, doesn't mean you have to ban it.
I don't like crying babies on planes, what about my right to fly without stupid annoying kids?
Posted by: Bobby | Sep 4, 2007 9:38:01 AM
Hey Bobby, is the inconvenience of crying kids comparable to the inconvenience of cancer? I hope this means you won't be breeding.
As for cars, we don't ban them because they are useful tools. Cigarettes are not useful, they're luxury items.

Pete, in the car category there are luxury cars, some with extremely low mileage. In a DEMOCRACY, people have the right to pick and choose what they want. Be them cars, cigarrettes, or even a child-free flight (if the airlines got their shit together and decided to give a damn about passengers).
Does everyone who smokes gets cancer? No. Does everyone who exercizes regularly lives forever? No, the man who made jogging popular died at the age of 50, while jogging.
As for me, I'm not planning on breeding, it's too expensive. In fact, since you support the nanny state, I think you should support a permit to breed program. Ironically, the nazis did, they would encourage the "right" people to breed while making "undesirables" infertile or simply killing them. It's no coincidence that his party was called "National Socialist." Those people (like some Americans) hate individuals making their own choices.

I have asthma and i have been around smokers because some are my relatives an friends, but they are considerate and smoke privately somewhere else where they won't harm children. i just want a healthier environment for everyone to breathe fresh, clear air. What does smoking benefit? Think about other people, don't be selfish

Episode 713: Butt Out! -
The Cigarette Song
Factory workers: With a hidey lidey lidey and a hidey lidey lay
We work and we make cigarettes all hidey lidey day
So folks can get a breaky from their stressful lidey lives
And relaxy with the cigarettes we make all day and night
Young Worker: I like to have a cigarehette every now and then
It makes me fee-l calmer when the day is at an end.
Older Worker: And if it gives me cancer when I'm eighty I don't care
Who the hell wants to be ninety anyway?
Factory workers: So with a hidey lidey lidey and a hidey lidey lay
We work and we make cigarettes all hidey lidey day
So folks can get a breaky from their stressful lidey lives
And relaxy with the cigarettes we make all day and night

Apparently, you never got to see Penn & Teller's Bullshit on HBO, which debunked the lies and myths of the American Heart & Lung Association and show how they manipulate the media to spread untruths. 2nd hand smoke has never been linked to anything.

It's funny to see the anti-smoking advocates cry because someone actually decided to show a different opinion than theirs. The public should be offered the opportunity to see both sides equally, and then make their own decision.
I smoke cigars and wouldn't vacation somewhere that didn't let me enjoy them.
