Kanye gets McFly shoe fetishists all tingly

Graduation Nike might not be any closer to releasing Marty McFly’s badass shoes, but now the McFly 2015 Project might have Kanye West on their side. His trademark bear is sporting a pair of similar sneakers on the cover of his Graduation album. As the picture suggests, you can add “escaping the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test” to the sneakers' list of awesome potential uses. And since the shoe design was actually patented in 1990 — and aren't just the pipe dream of Back to the Future II's superfans — there's a chance that celebrity endorsements like this one might help the cause. Or at least give us another BTTF sequel.
