Trust our Liquids Processing team leader
The Tylenol cyanide murders happened 25 years ago this fall. Since then, safety and trust have often been at the center of the brand’s marketing. That continues with this newest campaign, featuring employee testimonials. The people seem trustworthy enough, but their job titles make them sound less folksy and down-to-earth. “Drew,” in particular, is something of an unknown quantity, having worked behind the scenes for six years (says the Web site) in the 1984-sounding discipline of Process Excellence. Matthew from Liquids Processing is somewhat unnerving, too. Maybe this was a job for Errol Morris and his Interrotron.

Just look at where these ads are coming from. Their agency is known for complete bullshit. Thank God for Advil.
