Cake tennis goes best with Polaroid shades

It’s a good thing we have organizations like the International Institute of Optical Husbandry, or else I’d never know how to protect my eyes during a rousing game of indoor cake tennis. There’s something uniquely satisfying about how a cake explodes upon impact with a standard-issue tennis racket, to say nothing of the way a kitten bounces off one. And those Polaroid sunglasses look pretty snazzy too, especially now that I have contact lenses and can wear shades without looking stupid.
