P. Diddy commercial proves too fragrant

Diddy Glad to see I'm not the only person who’d rather not watch, or even contemplate, P. Diddy having sex. Other like-minded individuals have banned the new ads for his “Unforgivable” fragrance from cable television because they show the famous(ly awful) rapper/producer/wearer of fur coats parking his car in Jessica Gomez’s garage. Diddy courted controversy with an earlier Unforgivable ad campaign which was deemed too raunchy to display on bus stops. Since he’s already proven himself to be too hot for both television and public transit, expect steamy pictures of him and various models under rumpled bedclothing to appear in libraries and interactive “Shoot the bunny” banner ads any day now.

Oh, so it's ok for Abercrombie & Finch and every fashion house to display white sexuality, and blondes galore. But it's not ok for P. Diddy to do the same.

Typical hypocrisy.

Who said that was okay? At least wait to be fired upon before you fire back, dude.

I just caught this video on YouTube:

My guess would be that the reason it was banned has nothing to do with sexuality or racism (or both) and everything to do with the fact that Diddy can't act and the commercial is terrible.

It's Abercrombie & Fitch! Get it right!

I'm going to say that the reason the commercial was banned is more because it sucks than anything else. Cinematically, it is nothing special, thematically it is awful. The message that it promotes is ugly and in conflict with the "accepted norms" of our society. All this is just compounded by Mr. Diddy's lack of crossover acting potential. The sullen music biz thug face might work in music videos, but it can't pull off sensuous.

you guys need to cut that mess out because sexuality is displayed on t.v. every day. Trust that it's nothing new that no one hasn't ever seen before! please act like adults.

well i would not want my child to see a commercial with a man (diddy for that matter) having sex and grabbing some womans breasts, stroking her naked ass, taking her clothes off, etc............. yeah sexuality is on tv everyday, but that can be fixed with parental locks.. they do not make those for commercial ads. i do not hate the commercial but it should be in maybe.... lets see.... the previews for an adult video?

lets protect our children people!
