Sure to BE seen? This spot makes me long for the days when John Mellencamp sang during every commercial break.

They should just bring back the high school ads from last season with Merriman's teammate Luis Castillo and Rodney Harrison.

Bonds isn't a pariah because he used steroids, he's a pariah because he's seen by the world as an unbelievable jerk. If he was portrayed by the media as a halfway decent human being, all of America would have celebrated his accomplishments -- even though he cheated (I'm not saying that that's a good thing, it's just how I see it). Bond's was on pace to be a hall of famer before the steroids, and still didn't have any "real" sponsorships... To be the best in your sport, and to not be marketable... you really have to be an a**.

Not quite true about Bonds.
Mark McGwire, a nice guy, suffered the largest snub in Baseball HOF history last year. He lives in isolation in California.
Raffy Palmeiro, generally a nice guy is a pariah because he juiced, then lied to Congress about it.
It is true that Bonds exacerbated his castigation (?) by his narcissistic actions, however there is a base of reaction against juicers...more so in MLB.
