Shortage of men plagues the 'Axe Cottage'

Axecottage2_2 The folks behind Axe's libido frenzy of an ad campaign are back with a surprisingly picturesque ode to the man-deprived “Axe Cottage.” One could even argue that it’s a classy spot. Why? Because I would have expected Axe to show two women rubbing sunscreen all over each other, possibly while watching prison porn. Let’s hear it for baby steps. Via Adrants.

I guess you never saw AXE's 'getting dressed backwards' or 'impressions'?

Classy on the imagery, this time they didnt pick women who looked like they could be bought online ;) But stupid on the concept. But given that it's Axe, yeah much more like it...I still say Right Guard's "step up" and old spice's downright artful lounge act ads combined the libido with actual class perfectly, dunno why they didnt sell but Axe is getting better, It's TAG that now has the sleezy ads.

PS the fact that I'm a die hard Old Spice guy has nothing to do with it ;)
