PlayStation's shocking, sexy and sucky ads

Demonic dolls, thumb penises, spanking machines—it's amazing what Sony has worked into its PlayStation ads over the past few years. The PSP Fanboy blog has cobbled many of them together with its picks for the 10 worst PlayStation ads, although I think “worst” is pretty subjective. Only a few are earnestly bad (in particular, a certain notorious blog). The rest, like the creepy baby above and TBWA’s cinematic “Head,” are probably just guilty of being a bit … indulgent.

I believe that there is a method for creating PS ads:

1. Drop acid

2. Think about some really freaky stuff (vampires, babies, mom)

3. Write down what you see.

4. Collect awards.
