Don't even think about looking at her jeans
Here's another Levi's ad from Cutwater, which did the model-in-reverse spot from earlier this week. This second one's cute, but it's a little long, as in Gone with the Wind long. Did they really need a full minute and a half to get the concept across? By the time the girl gets knocked out, I'd stopped caring, opting instead to wonder who's responsible for the music—it sounds like Max Raabe. Also, speaking as a man here, how are jeans that punish me for looking at hot chicks (and vice versa) a worthwhile investment? Maybe the creative were drinking too much of this when they came up with the idea. |

The girl bends down and you can see her ass crack. Not cool. In that 2 seconds, I decided that I do not want Levi's jeans.

A better ending would've been if she walks by a cute guy and you see his hair get mussed up and his shirt gets tugged around and he starts smiling.
Oh, and the butt-crack was the best part.

This as id stupid. Yes, it's not polite to stare and objectify by either sex but come on!! We are all human. We are all sexually attracted to one another. It's natural. It's innate. It's normal. Just admiring the beauty of another human doesn't mean we are all lecherous sex maniacs. Sometimes it's just nice to look at and appreciate pretty things.
And the pretty things who get looked at, male or female (which, by the way, that stupid PC ending is just stupid), shouldn't always assume the lookee is out for any more pleasure than one derives from looking at a beautiful painting.

The ass crack is the only part of the ad that's good. While its always funny to see people get hit for no reason at all, this ad sucks.
Its a good thing Levi's has the market cornered on jeans... because if they were a new company, they'd be gone. They have no idea what they're sitting on... literally.

Are you kidding. they used to be a really cool company with OFF THE CHAIN ad -- remember old school "501 Blues." Who is the head of advertising. He/She deserves to be the one who gets kicked
