If you need the Body Snake, you need help

The phrase "Body Snake" brings to mind all sorts of perverse imagery, but never fear—it's just a goofy sponge for people who are too fat and stupid to clean themselves. According to this infomercial, it eliminates stumbling and fumbling (and outright falling down) in the shower and is proudly made in America—as if any other people on earth would need a product like this. Seriously, if areas beyond your reach include your "bottom" and "between your legs," you need NutriSystem before any newfangled sponges.

I'm pretty sure that was Chris Parnell doing the VO, which made this feel exactly like an SNL parody.

What, a rag on a stick isn't good enough anymore?

Good for people with certain disabilities but maybe Kiefaber is "too fat and stupid" to see that application, ridicule being the refuge of the unimaginative mind and all.

I invented the bodysnake origionally my father had a bad neck and shoulders. all those who put it down, I'm shure you all have a mom, grandmom or someone in your family who would greatly benefit from bodysnake. If kiefaber can't see that, and all he can see is fat, well he's the stupid one.

I don't have a mom or grandmom, you heartless bastard. They're dead.

Lol.
Lighten up, guys. That was hilarious.

GailE: "Good for people with certain disabilities"? Absolutely. But they're not marketing it that way. Judging just from what we see in the ad, it's a device for fat people to clean themselves.

I live in India. Products such as this make me admire the innovative spirit of Americans.
