In France AIDES made a useless campaign... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGpLPc1T3PM&feature=player_embedded

That's awesome!

Posted by: smirker | Mar 29, 2011 2:42:32 PM

Awful. I am very uncomfortable with the idea of this "unintentional" penetration gag. I don't think it's funny.

Posted by: blundht | Mar 29, 2011 5:38:56 PM

These smack of rape. Ew. Fail.

Posted by: Doctress Julia | Mar 29, 2011 6:22:08 PM

Immature idiot

Posted by: shaman | Mar 30, 2011 1:09:23 PM

Looks like we have some humourless grade school teachers here.
You're missing the joke ladies. This is clearly playing on the classic, "Well, she slipped and I fell." gag. And this obviously works on a youth demographic because they like what you don't.

And Trotsky what do you find more unbelievable? That some blonde babe is have sex or that some disgusting ginger is banging her every time?

...or it could be a Swiss ad where a large majority of the population is blonde.

If you insist!

Doesn't the guy in the last one look just a bit like a younger Christopher Walken?

All of these are hilarious!!

Posted by: bryan | Mar 31, 2011 11:37:29 AM

this the worst campaign I ever seen!
(WHO on Earth had these diarrhoea idea?)

Posted by: Ric | Mar 31, 2011 7:50:10 PM

I love them... particularly the fact that no matter what, the Dudes always have a hard on ready for action.

Loving it.

Haha.

Posted by: Arnaud | Apr 1, 2011 5:02:14 PM

I have to agree that the ads do seem to imply rape.

All well and good to say, "But har har, it depicts sex happening involuntarily to both parties -- a clearly impossible occurrence".

Yes, so the scene suggests something that is laughably impossible, but also something that is all too common and not the least bit funny.

Not sure whether that is a fail or not, but I do see the problem here.

Posted by: Dr. Psycho | Apr 1, 2011 8:46:19 PM

I don't see a problem with the ad. I'm actually surprised more at the comments.

Posted by: Rodney | Apr 2, 2011 1:02:02 AM

I don't see the rape equivalence - It looks to me like someone's gone "What would it take to have 'accidental' sex?" and drawn the scenarios to highlight the ludicrousness of the idea

Posted by: Dylan | Apr 3, 2011 4:47:26 AM

I love this so much.

Posted by: Nael | Apr 5, 2011 4:29:13 AM

They put Jersey Shore on MTV and you complain about this when JS rapes your eyes every day with unnecessary stupidity?

Posted by: Mike | Apr 12, 2011 3:53:04 PM

It's clearly not rape. It's obvious that the guy in the first panel is gay.

Also: some of you have no sense of humor. At all.

Posted by: Shaun | Apr 12, 2011 5:47:29 PM

It is obvious that their not having sex. They have their clothes on, it is just a slip and fall and all the next scenes would have been: I'm so sorry and first woman would definitely beat up the befetic guy.

Posted by: Cristhine | Apr 13, 2011 3:37:04 AM

Style of this drawings looks really old, is it truly from this day? It looks like 30-40 yrs old.

Superb. Thanks for sharing.

Posted by: Martin Lewis | Jun 12, 2011 6:28:40 AM

so, the idea behind this campaign is that these scenarios AREN'T possible. it isn't pro-rape; don't be touchy. they are trying to tell kids to practice safe sex; they aren't saying that blonde girls without panties will be habitually fall onto your perpetually hard penis. the idea that someone could get upset about this silliness reminds me that too many ppl take themselves too seriously.

Posted by: besako | Sep 3, 2011 4:58:24 AM

Ok, as someone who has been a rape VICTIM, I do not see anything wrong with these ads. In every instance, it's an accident for both parties involved. Oh yeah and it's f*cking fiction. Lighten up. It's just a clever way of telling people to be prepared.

Posted by: LibertyAndCupcakes | Sep 5, 2011 10:39:41 PM

lol...amazing cartoon with creative ideas.

Posted by: Virility Ex Ingredients | Sep 8, 2011 3:58:16 AM

There is no implication of rape here whatsoever. Rape occurs when one party commits a dominative and aggressive sexual act towards an unwilling second party. In all of these panels, and just like the ads suggest, there is an implied accidental sexual situation. The man is not forcing himself on this woman in any instance or vice versa. They are both victims of chance. Are you trying to say that chance has raped these two? I don't think that is going to hold up in court.

Most of these comments show exactly why non of these clearly funny and clever ads were shown in Amercia. Too damn uptight.

According to those funny images, it could be an accident. :) Although that should bot be an excuse for not wearing one .

What the ads are suggesting that the chances of having 'accidental' sex are impossible. Can't believe that there's some who can't get the humour out of this. I think it's funny, well presented, and quite smart.

What the ads are implying is that dudes should ALWAYS have on condoms, even when rollerblading or pic-nicking alone in a speedo in the park...and ESPECIALLY when taking a crap in a stall-less public bathroom :S

Posted by: Obvs | Oct 17, 2011 1:02:49 PM

I have to say I, too, find these ads completely offensive. And before you accuse me of not having a sense of humor, I'll tell you that I think that just about any joke involving farts, racial slurs, AIDS and/or cancer are all hilarious. And I also enjoy a good rape joke. But these ads have crossed a line.

This is hilarious . :) But also there's so much true about it. Usually when youg girls get pregnant they imagine stories very similar to those above :)
